Noah started Nippers when he was 5 and his coast said when he was 8 years old he should start 3 swimming sessions in a pool each week. When he started swimming, his coach thought he had the potential to succeed in competition and it went from there.

Noah now trains 6 days a week, 2 hours a day and was preparing for the National Primary School Championships in September where he was successful in placing in each race he competed in.

Steve Clark, Noah’s coach, describes him as a unique 9 year old boy and the type of swimmer every coach enjoys coaching. He is unique that he has no right hand due to a congenital abnormality, however his personal characteristics help him overcome this physical impairment, more importantly he has a strong work ethic, get along with his peers, is fiercely competitive with a great sense of humor and enthusiastically pursues self-improvement.

Noah would give the advice to every athlete to keep on swimming, never give up and swim your own race!

Sporting Dreams is presenting Noah with a Introductory grant for 2013 to help him pursue his dreams of reaching the Paralympics and the Commonwealth Games in his future swimming career and so Noah can become  the best multi class swimmer of all time.
