Brendan, 15, was classified as vision impaired about a year ago however he has represented Queensland in Goal ball, competing at the National Championships and State Championships this year. Brendan hopes to improve so he can represent Australia in the Olympics.

Brendan began playing goal ball after being offered the opportunity to go to a social come and try day.

Brendans sporting goals are to make it into the Australian team and one day compete in the Olympics.

Brendan is receiving a introductory grant from Sporting Dreams to buy equipment which will assist him in practicing better and achieve his dreams.

Brendan follows the motto no pain, no gain and will give the advice other athletes to follow your dreams.
